The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association provides dogs, mobility and rehabilitation services to blind and partially-sighted people.

Hearing Dogs
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People train dogs to alert deaf people to specific sounds, whether in the home, workplace or public buildings. Some dogs from Battersea Dog's Home have been trained to be Hearing Dogs.

Canine Partners assists disabled people to enjoy greater independence and a better quality of life through the help of specially trained dogs.

Support Dogs
Support Dogs is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with epilepsy and people with disabilities by training dogs to act as efficient and safe assistants.

Pets as Therapy (PAT)
Pets As Therapy (PAT) is unique in that it facilitates the provision of therapeutic visits to hospitals, hospices, nursing and care homes by volunteers with their own friendly, temperament tested and vaccinated dogs.

Assistance Dogs International

Assistance Dogs International, Inc. is a coalition of not for profit organizations that train and place Assistance Dogs. The purpose of ADI is to improve the areas of training, placement, and utilization of Assistance Dogs as well as staff and volunteer education.
