Picture on your own PC
If the picture is saved on your pc, when posting, below the window you write in theres a link that says 'Additional Options' with a plus sign next to it.  Click that then browse to the picture file on your pc. Max pic size = 192kb (also see guide to adding more than one picture to post)

Making Your Images Smaller
Making images as small as possible is a good thing to make them load quickly and to save on server space for the forums. If you don't know how to do this, it can be done in most graphics  programs.  The tool I use is a free 'Image Resizer' from microsoft.  Download this small 'WINDOWS XP' file and install it after install it will allow you to right click on 'any' image on your pc and resize it, it renames the new file as a copy and by default keeps the original larger file.  The best option for uploading to the forum is to use default making new image (SMALL FITS 640X480)

Picture already on internet
If its a picture on a website that you haven't saved locally, then right click on image and got to 'properties' copy full URL (web address of picture) then when posting click on button that is two from the left above smileys and paste The URL you just copied between the code quotes

Have a play on the test forum
