Please help - Raising money for Aspire and a good friend with a spinal injury

Dear all,

Our PR agency, MS&L, are raising money for spinal injuries charity, Aspire, using social media and interactive PR.

We are head to head with another team,  in competition to raise as much money as we can tonight between 5-9pm. (However, the Justgiving page will be open until Friday if you don't get a chance to make your donation this evening!)

Our dear friend and colleague Tania recently had a motorbike accident and her spine has been severely injured. We want to use social networks to raise as much money as possible for Aspire, to help people from injury to independence.
