What does anyone think of Diazepam for spasms, I Need some feedback

LOL, I took some last night to help me sleep!

My spasms are playing up at the moment, especially at night, so I take the odd 5mg from time to time.

They do take the edge off the spasms, make them less easy to trigger, plus send you to sleep, so are quite good at night. I don't use then very often though, and only use them at night.

I have been having extra spasm due to a knee injury. As soon as I lie down at night I go into leg spasms, so my Gp prescribed 2-4mg diazepam to top up my Baclofen (total 90mg daily). I haven't had any problems with them, try them and see if they help you.

im on diazepam 5mg everynite, works quite well, mekes u tired too  Smiley
